We respect your privacy and collect as little data as possible to run the platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your email, your name if you enter one, and your password stored with one-way hashing (scrypt), so nobody — including us — can read it.
• Subscription data: your plan with its start and end dates, and your subscription requests with the contact you write in them.
• Your settings: your chart drawings, price alerts and display preferences, so they follow you to any device you sign in on.
• Notification subscription: if you enable notifications, your browser stores a technical address used to deliver them, with no personal data in it.
• Technical data: IP address and browser type for security and abuse prevention, and anonymous visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics without advertising profiles.

2. What we do not collect

We never ask for your broker account details or card numbers, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use one essential cookie (mp_sid) to keep you signed in; it cannot be read by scripts (HttpOnly) and is limited to the platform. Your browser's local storage keeps your drawings and settings. We use no advertising cookies.

4. How we use data

• To run your account and activate your subscription.
• To send the alerts you turned on, and password reset emails.
• To protect the platform from attacks and abuse.

5. Service providers

The platform is hosted on private servers. Notifications travel through your browser's push services (such as Google, Mozilla or Apple) with encrypted content they cannot read. Price data is loaded directly from Binance into your browser.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account at any time from "My account": your data, settings and notification subscriptions are deleted immediately, and removed from backups within 14 days.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. Contact us for any such request.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing, limits on sign-in attempts and daily backups. No system is fully secure, so choose a strong password you do not use elsewhere.

9. Children

The platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
