Welcome to Market Pulse (trading.alwesamapps.com), "the platform". By using the platform or creating an account you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and the disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.

1. The service

The platform is a technical analysis and education tool: it shows price charts, drawing tools, indicators, chart patterns and signals calculated automatically from fixed, published rules. The platform is not a broker or a licensed investment adviser, does not execute trades or hold users' money, and does not give personal recommendations based on your financial situation.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use this kind of service in your country.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your sign-up details, the secrecy of your password and all activity on your account.
• Accounts are personal; sharing, selling or using one account by several people is not allowed.

3. Plans and subscriptions

• There is a free plan and paid ("Pro") plans that unlock extra features such as strategy signals and instant alerts. Each plan's details and price are shown on the plans page inside the platform.
• You may get a one-time free trial at sign-up; it ends automatically with no commitment.
• A paid subscription starts when it is activated and ends on the date shown in your account. The renewal and refund policy will be announced when online payment becomes available.
• We may change prices or features in the future; a price change never applies to a period already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Copy the signals or content of the platform and resell or publish them commercially without written permission.
• Try to break into the platform, bypass restrictions on paid features, or overload the servers with automated requests.
• Use the platform for any unlawful activity.

5. Data and signals

Prices come from external data sources (such as Binance Futures) and may differ slightly from your broker's prices, be delayed or be interrupted. Signals, patterns and their historical results are calculated automatically and may contain errors. Past results do not guarantee future results. See the disclaimer.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to the platform, its design, code, strategy rules and texts belong to the platform's owners. You may use it for personal use only under these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is", without any warranty of accuracy or continuous availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any financial loss, lost profit or direct or indirect damage resulting from your use of the platform or your reliance on any information or signal in it. In any case our liability does not exceed the amount you paid to the platform in the three months before the claim.

8. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend any account that breaks these terms, notifying you where possible.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
